THIS IS A CM12 THEME and YES IT WILL WORK ON CM12S and CM12 BASED ROMS. IT WILL NOT WORK ON OTHER ROMS.
CM12 BASED ROMS ARE NOT FULLY SUPPORTED YET. I AM WORKING ON IT. THERE ARE MANY ROMS OUT THERE.
PA is not supported because it is NOT A CM12 BASED ROM, your SystemUI WILL crash and you MAY have to wipe data to fix.
